Abstract
Ovarian choriocarcinoma, very rare disease, may either be primary or metastatic from the uterus, gestational or following a tubal or ovarian pregnancy. Primary ovarian choriocarcinoma may be geatational or nongestational. The latter type arises from a teratoma or from the embryonal rest. So, primary ovarian choriocarcinoma may be pure or combined with a teratocarcinoma, dysgerminoma, or undifferentiated carcinoma.
Recently, we have experienced a case of primary ovarian choriocarcinoma in 43 years old patient with vaginal bleeding and low abdominal pain. So, we report the case with the brief review of the literature.
